3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs is free. Except the Express shipping (3-5 days) are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

4. International Shipping: We’re delighted to offer international shipping to our customers. Please be aware that customs charges or additional duties might be applied by your country’s customs office, and these are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders: We are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by the courier. However, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you in resolving these issues with the carrier.

6. Undeliverable Addresses: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we are unable to reroute parcels.

7. Custom fees: For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. We are not responsible for payment of this duty.
